08 Account Suspension & Closure

If your account is suspended pending investigation, mn77 will contact you via your registered mobile number or email address to explain the reason and outline the steps required to resolve the matter. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, play, or withdraw.

If your account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure may be forfeited, depending on the nature of the breach. Bonus balances and associated winnings will always be forfeited in cases of Terms violations.
